The purpose of the Tohono O'odham Department of Public Safety Explorer Post #99, is to provide youth with an understanding of the Department of Public Safety. It is open to any young man or woman that meets the membership criteria.
- Be between the ages of 14-21 to become an Explorer.
- Be 13 years old to become a Tag-Along.
- Be enrolled in and attending school unless a High School graduate or attained a GED.
- Maintain a C average.
- Have no serious police record.
- Be of good moral character.
